We pride ourselves in the collaborative approach and working relationships we have with our customers to create innovative and tech-driven solutions – from conceptual design, implementation, monitoring to maintenance. Our quality control carefully checks each production stage and certifies compliance with our high-quality standards.
We are committed every day to better interpreting our customers' needs, understanding consumer attitudes and behaviour, creating innovative solutions, rapidly prototyping ideas to verify their effectiveness and test their emotional impact to deliver seamless in-store campaigns.
The first phase of our production process concerns the pre-press service. The pre-press department checks and paginates the graphics received. We have a modern press fleet, with a 6-colour KBA Rapida + varnisher for offset printing and 2 DURST for digital printing.
Micro-fluting/ corrugating is one of the most important phases of a paper converting project. It consists in making the corrugated structure from paper reels and glue them to the solid board. We use both manual and automatic methods capable of applying different grades of folding boxboard to all categories of corrugated cartonboard. With it we create truly high-performance and resistant packaging, displays, advertising totems, shaped signs, or promotional free-standing units. We combine cartonboard sheets of multiple formats to manufacture products with different thicknesses quickly and accurately.
In the cartonboard converting sector, die-cutting and plotter cutting are indispensable processes for the creation of various products such as packaging, displays, promotional stands. In this phase, the cartonboard sheets are die-cut and creased with very high precision machinery.
At this stage our creations begin to take shape; the sheets that make up the products are folded and glued, by machine or manually depending on the projects, partially or completely assembled, and placed in the shipping packages.
We offer a complete logistic service end-to-end from the concept to assembly at the point of sale. We can also manage storage in our warehouses, shipping to individual final destinations and any assembly at the point of sale; we make 2,500 square meters of warehouse available to our customers and a further 6,000 in the logistic facilities of our partners.
